If you encounter traffic jams or waiting for people, in order to save fuel, most car owners are accustomed to turning off the engine and listening to audio or watching DVDs in the car, but this will consume a lot of storage batteries. It is recommended that the owner of the car should not listen to the radio for more than 30 minutes when the flame is turned off, and high-power devices such as DVDs and external power supplies are not recommended to use, because this will easily consume the stored power in the storage batteries, which will affect the battery itself. The damage is not small, and it will also affect the normal starting of the vehicle.

　　4). If your car is not used for a long time, it is best to unplug the negative electrode of the storage batteries. Because there is also weak current consumption in the vehicle circuit system when parking, leaving the vehicle for a long time will cause the battery to run out.

　　5). Wipe the outside of the battery with a damp cloth, and wipe clean the dust, oil, white powder, etc. on the panel and the pile head (ie, the positive and negative poles) that may cause leakage. In this way, the battery is often scrubbed, the pile head of the battery will not only not accumulate white acid powder, but also its service life will be longer.

　　6). Don't just replace storage batteries with a larger capacity than the original storage batteries. Because the power generation of the generator is fixed. If the storage batteries with large capacity are replaced, the new storage batteries will be insufficiently charged and cannot be started smoothly, and the long-term loss of storage batteries will shorten the service life.

　　7). When using maintenance-free storage batteries, simply think that maintenance-free means that there is no need for any maintenance. If you don’t charge in time after over-discharge, you don’t charge them regularly, which will affect the service life of storage batteries.

　　8). Storage batteries should be firmly fixed on the top, and should be handled with care during installation and transportation.

　　9). When using storage batteries in winter, special care should be taken to keep them in a fully charged state to prevent freezing. When adding distilled water in winter, it should be done during charging to prevent freezing. The capacity of storage batteries will decrease in winter, and it is best to warm up the engine before starting. Due to the low temperature in winter, it is difficult to charge storage batteries, so you should always check the storage battery status.
